Shipping policy

We want to make sure your Soolena order reaches you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.

Delivery costs
UK delivery is charged once per order (not per item), based on the total weight of your parcel. The exact cost is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay:

• Parcels up to 30 g – £1.99
• Parcels from 31 g up to 400 g – £2.49
• Parcels from 401 g up to 800 g – £2.99
• Parcels from 801 g up to 1.5 kg – £3.49
• Parcels over 1.5 kg – £3.99

FREE delivery on orders of £30 or more
Delivery is free when your order total (after any discounts) is £30 or more.

Delivery time
Delivery takes 3–7 working days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Where your order ships from
Orders are dispatched from our partner warehouses in the United Kingdom and in China, depending on the product. We work with trusted couriers such as Royal Mail and Yodel.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses across the UK only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
